By engaging Iron Field for repairs, servicing, diagnostics, call-outs, parts supply or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Iron Field reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Quotes & Estimates
Any quotes or estimates provided by Iron Field are based on the information available at the time. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Service Work & Repairs
Iron Field will carry out servicing and repair work with reasonable care and skill. Repair timeframes may vary depending on parts availability, workload, weather conditions, supplier delays or the extent of mechanical issues discovered during inspection. While every effort is made to complete work within estimated timeframes, Iron Field is not liable for delays outside of its reasonable control.
4. Parts Supply
Parts supplied by Iron Field may include genuine, aftermarket or compatible components depending on availability and suitability. Any warranty on supplied parts is subject to the manufacturer or supplier warranty terms. Special-order parts may require payment prior to ordering and may not be refundable unless faulty.
5. Fitted Parts & Installed Components
Any parts fitted by Iron Field become the responsibility of the customer once the machinery has been collected, delivered or returned to service. Iron Field is not responsible for failures caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, operator error, accidental damage or issues unrelated to the original repair.
6. Call-Outs & On-Site Work
On-site service work and emergency call-outs may incur travel charges in addition to labour and parts. Minimum call-out fees may apply depending on location and time of service.
7. Invoices & Payment Terms
Payment terms are strictly as outlined on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment fees of 1% per month may apply to overdue accounts. Iron Field reserves the right to pause further work, withhold machinery release or suspend account trading where invoices remain unpaid. The customer is responsible for any recovery costs, collection fees or legal expenses associated with overdue accounts.
8. Risk & Liability
Machinery left with Iron Field or serviced on-site remains at the owner’s risk at all times. Customers are responsible for ensuring the machinery is insured appropriately. Iron Field is not liable for:
